Coaching in the
Executive Coaching is defined by Brian Peltier, as; “psychological skills and methods employed in a 1:1 relationship to become a more effective Leader or Manager…skills typically applied to specific…work related issues”.
Executive Coaching is about developing better capabilities and performances at work. Often, there is a need to coach an Executive or Leader who has just stepped into a senior role, or is in a role, and just wants added value and support. Many of Harrina’s Client organisations have identified this as a requirement for their employees. This three way contracting between Harrina as the Coach, the Coachee and the Client Sponsoring Company is a regular feature of coaching engagements. Harrina also contracts with emergent Executives on a 1:1 basis.

Harrina’s has a wealth and depth of corporate knowledge, and her reputation is to work and drive her Coachees’ hard. All this is a consequence of having worked in several high profile market sector corporate projects herself. Harrina supports the developemnt of Senior Management Leaders, and those working towards more Senior Leadership and Strategic level opportunities, from global cultures. She uses her Advanced Executive Coaching and ILM Fellowship (FinstLM) Status to develop appropriate strategies. Clients review, and build upon skills in the context, strategy and culture of working at a Senior level; albeit, in sometimes and somewhat complex working Management reporting structures. Leaders are able to critically review and analyse their impact, and use best practices and standards in a credible and supportive way.
Harrina provides a half-day corporate workshop. This is bespoke and tailored to the brief presented by the Client organisation.

My professional working ethos is to provide every Client with the best return on their investment (ROI). I am a legal and commercially astute professional. Having worked on several Major Projects as the Team Leader, and Senior Commercial & Contracts' business Management Specialist, I have been able to transfer these skills effectively for several multi-sector Clients; and utilise my learnings when mentoring others.
