Executive Coaching

 

Executive Coaching is defined by Brian Peltier, as; “psychological skills and methods employed in a 1:1 relationship to become a more effective Leader or Manager…skills typically applied to specific…work related issues”.

 

Executive Coaching is about developing better capabilities and performances at work. Often, there is a need to coach an Executive or Leader who has just stepped into a senior role, or is in a role, and just wants added value and support. Many of Harrina’s Client organisations have identified this as a requirement for their employees. This three way contracting between Harrina as the Coach, the Coachee and the Client Sponsoring Company is a regular feature of coaching engagements. Harrina also contracts with emergent Executives on a 1:1 basis.

Harrina supports the developemnt of Senior Management Leaders, and those working towards more Senior Leadership and Strategic level opportunities, from global cultures. She uses her Advanced Executive Coaching and ILM Fellowship (FinstLM) Status to develop appropriate strategies. Clients review, and build upon skills in the context, strategy and culture of working at a Senior level; albeit, in sometimes and somewhat complex working Management reporting structures. Leaders are able to critically review and analyse their impact, and use best practices and standards in a credible and supportive way.

Harrina provides a half-day corporate workshop. This is bespoke and tailored to the brief presented by the Client organisation.
